The alleged offences occurred in Singapore between August 2000 and November 2001.

Lee, a Singapore permanent resident and qualified chartered accountant, joined the company about eight years ago. He resigned in September 2004.
He was offered bail of S$1.5mil (RM3.3mil) last month, but could not raise the amount. So he was remanded.
